The interior is aluminum to resist corrosion, and its two decks are brick-lined with 2-inch-thick FibraMent™ stone.
This Bakers Pride Y-802 pizza deck oven has a stainless steel exterior, aluminum interior, and slide-out flame diverters for streamlined cleaning. To retain hot air and keep out cold air, this oven is fully insulated, while four spring-balanced doors close on their own to prevent heat loss. Heated with natural gas, it has straightforward, combination controls with a valve, regulator, and pilot safety.
